For the brand development of this new build, our team set out to create an identity rooted in the Japanese concept of yutori. It’s a philosophy that speaks to space, margin, ease, and the gentle luxury of having time to spare. The visual direction reflects this balance through a fresh, crisp palette of vibrant yellows, greens, and teals, with lemons serving as a focal motif to symbolize brightness, renewal, and everyday joy.

A major focus of this project was embracing the community’s light, modern personality with brand elements that feel sun‑washed, energetic, and intentionally simple. Clean lines, airy layouts, and citrus‑inspired accents create a visual rhythm that reinforces a sense of ease, spaciousness, and soft modern living.
