The Monreaux
For The Monreaux, we set out to craft an identity that captures the soulful, historic charm of New Orleans while elevating the community’s presence in a competitive multifamily market. Leaning into the city’s rich Cajun French heritage, we created cohesion between the city’s moody romance and the timeless elegance that defines the region. The resulting palette became the foundation for a visual system that feels expressive, layered, and culturally rooted. We paired these tones with fleur‑de‑lis motifs and dark red roses to create a brand that feels both historic and cinematic, honoring the spirit of New Orleans.
A major focus of this project was developing a brand story that felt authentic to the property’s location and lifestyle. Taglines like “Joie De Vivre”, “There’s Neaux Place Like Home”, and “Timeless by Nature. Historic by Design.” helped anchor the narrative in a sense of places. Visually, we blended vintage French influences with modern refinement, creating a logo suite and pattern library that feel elevated yet deeply connected to the city’s heritage. The identity balances sophistication with warmth, resulting in a brand that feels lived‑in, storied, and undeniably local.
