For the Saltkissed Events rebrand, our team set out to elevate an identity that no longer reflected the caliber of work the studio was producing. The previous branding felt young and playful rather than the refined, intentional celebrations they are known for. We wanted to preserve the brand’s bold, colorful personality while introducing a level of sophistication that aligned with the Scottsdale and greater Phoenix market. The new jewel‑toned palette became the foundation for a visual system that is elegant, warm, and confident.

A major part of this transformation was the renaming process. Saltkissed is a nod to the owner’s California roots and a playful twist on “sunkissed,” grounding the brand in both coastal nostalgia and Arizona’s signature sunshine. This duality inspired an aquatic, mermaid‑influenced aesthetic that brings depth and personality to the visual direction. We refined the logo to strike the perfect balance between sophistication and whimsy — a mark that feels elevated and versatile while still capturing the joyful, heartfelt approach that defines Saltkissed’s work.
